Peter M Salmon
I am a senior executive and consultant with an extensive business management, governance, and professional services background.
I combine this with significant board and board equivalent experience, organizational change, business assessment, and resource management experience.
My experience is augmented by my having worked in a number of countries and a varied range of business sectors.
My personal drivers include the desire to meet the challenge of the day, coupled with a focus on an outcome which meets client needs. My goals and objectives are varied, but include the following:-
- providing value to my clients,
- avoiding compromise of my principles and values,
- applying rigour to my work,
- enabling my clients to succeed,
- developing the people I work with, and
building my knowledge and skills.This blog reflects my business focus and topics I am interested in, such as governance, new media and the use of IT.These are complemented from time to time with other topics, such as travel, wine, books or flights of whimsy
