Following on from our recent and very successful Governance Event – Project Success, the Wellington Chapter of ISACA is planning our annual Computer Security Day Seminar. This is an invitation for you to plan for your attendance, or for the attendance of people in your organization you believe will benefit from attending.
Our 4th CSD education day, will be held at the Wellington Chamber of Commerce in Wellington, on Wednesday 2nd December 2009.
The theme for this year’s Computer Security Day is “Selling Security to the CFO” and aims to provide participants with an understanding of how to explain the value of Security to the Business.
Topics include –
- the CFO’s perspective,
- the Security Budget cycle,
- the Business value of InfoSec ,
- Reducing Security costs/ increasing effectiveness of Security spending .
Each session will focus on one aspect of identifying the value of Security to the Business.
