Whilst searching for an animation to add a bit of a flourish to a presentation, I came across an excellent flash video from eclectech, who has in fact made a number of amusing and effective animations on IT subjects in the past.
This one is about the joys and perils of social networking and using the Internet when at work.
This is an issue and I think this animation helps to point up the dangers using humour effectively. The video was made as part of a UK campaign sponsored by the TUC called workSMART. This video was from a component called NSFW or Not Safe For Work dealing with aspects of IT Security as it may affect employees.
There are a number of resources available and I intend to go back and work my way through the interesting looking toolkit they have put together. I will post on that endeavour another day.
